to Work While Breastfeeding class @ Meriter - Lactation
experts offer support and advice to help you continue breastfeeding
after you resume your career. Learn pumping options, equipment,
collection, storage and introducing a bottle. Babies and support
persons are welcome. Class participants will receive a discount
on breastfeeding supplies from Meriter. Attend approximately
three weeks before returning to work.

can reduce anxiety and allow breastfeeding to be a natural experience. Learn
about the marvelous benefits of nursing your baby, latch and positioning, feeding
cues, establishing your milk supply, and recognizing problems early. Get an overview
of nursing bras, breast pumps, and milk storage.
Start Breastfeeding Class @ MBC - The natural art of breastfeeding
is easier when women know what to expect. This class teaches
mothers about breastfeeding benefits, how to know when the baby
is latched on correctly, how to recognize infant feeding cues,
breastfeeding positions and much more. Nursing bras, breast pumps
and milk storage are also covered.
